Our Board of Directors

The Liberty Estates Board of Directors consists of homeowner volunteers that want to make a difference in our community. Each director brings a different specialty of talent and knowledge to the community. Together, our Board of Directors works hard to help our community towards a better tomorrow.

Brenda Rossi

-Treasurer

Mrs. Rossi , the proud owner of her own business, works as a virtual sales support specialist for clients throughout the US in the Hospitality Industry. With over 30 years in customer relations/sales support and management, Mrs. Rossi understands the need to represent the neighborhood with strong work ethic, good communication, honesty and integrity.

Mrs. Rossi, husband, and in-laws all moved to Georgia after living in South Florida for over 30 years to be near their children, grandchildren, and great-grand children. Mrs. Rossi has resided in Liberty Estates since 2017. When asked why be on the Board, She replied "I love this community with its diverse group of residents. I want to help in any way I can to make it a great place to live".

Kristen Browning
-Secretary

Mrs. Browning has recently assumed the role of Board Secretary, bringing her expertise to our esteemed Board since 2023. As Secretary, she plays a pivotal role in accurately documenting board meetings, submitting them for board approval, and sending off to our property manager for archival purposes.

Residing in the Liberty Estates community with her family since 2016, Mrs. Browning's commitment to preserving the community's familial ambiance while prioritizing safety is why she elected to serve to the Board.

Danielle Pair
-Vice President

​Mrs. Pair, having a Masters Degree in Business Accounting Masters of Science in Accounting, brings over 27 years of accounting experience in both personal and corporate accounting. Having successfully implemented budgets as well as accounting standards within corporations, Mrs. Pair offers valuable insight on how to help keep our community financially successful. 

 

Mrs. Pair and family have resided in the Liberty Estates community since 2007.  Raising her daughter in the community has driven her desire for the community to be a great atmosphere for families. When asked why become a board member, Mrs. Pair replied, "We have a great little slice of Braselton. I truly love our community and want to help the community be a great place for other children growing up here".

Tyler Renje

-President

Mr. Renje holds a Masters Degree in Leadership and Management in Nursing. After 9+ years in the Fire & Emergency Services field, a transition into the hospital system has lea him into the current leadership role, a Nurse Manager over Nursing Administration. Mr. Renje's strong leadership background and transformational leadership style offers the Board a valuable resource to help "Build a better community for a better tomorrow".

Mr. Renje and his family have resided in the Liberty Estates community since early 2017. When asked why become a board member, Mr Renje responded "This community is where we are raising our children, I want to help make it the best possible for my kids and neighbors".

Scott Peek
-Member at Large

Mr. Peek notified the Board of his desire to join as a member at large in late 2021. Immediately after welcoming Mr. Peek to the Board, he began offering his great knowledge and craftsmanship skills on small projects throughout the community.  The addition of an engaged homeowner that is also handy allows the Board to self manage small updates and repairs; keeping costs down. The Board is excited and grateful to have Mr. Peek serving as a Member at Large.
